The repayment is due at the end of the 5-year term, or at any point before then, if you choose to sell, remortgage or repay before then. The final repayment amount will be calculated using the property value at the end of the agreement. Because the repayment is linked to that value, if the property value increases the amount you owe could be higher than shown here, while a decrease could reduce it accordingly.

If repayment occurs within three years, the repayment amount is linked to the greater of the market value of the property at the time of repayment and the market value of the property at the time of taking out the loan.
